Hub Management

Register each hub by the name that appears in shortage mail subjects/bodies. The system will auto-detect the hub from incoming mail content — no sender email matching needed. Reminder emails are where TAT breach alerts get sent.

How hub detection works

Any person from any email sends a shortage mail to cron@braazo.com
System scans subject + body for hub names registered below
Mail is tagged with the matched hub name on the dashboard
If hub doesn't reply in 24h → reminder sent to the hub's Reminder Emails
